These Customer Terms apply when you buy products through a CollabCart: an online store a seller (for example a physio, trainer or clinic) has put together with products from brands. You agree to them when you click Pay at checkout.
1. About these Customer Terms
CollabCart is operated by CollabCart Pty Ltd (ABN 24 670 191 465) (CollabCart, we, us, our). We run the CollabCart stores and checkout and take your payment. The products are supplied and shipped by the brands that make or sell them (suppliers). The seller whose CollabCart you shop chose the products they recommend.
These Customer Terms sit alongside our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. If anything here conflicts with them, these Customer Terms apply to your purchase.
2. Sharing your details to fulfil your order
When you place an order, we share your details with the suppliers that fulfil it, so they can pack, ship and support your order. Each supplier receives the details for the items it ships:
- your name, email address and phone number;
- your delivery address;
- what you ordered, and the order and delivery details for those items; and
- any extra details a product needs that you give us at checkout (for example a date of birth for some test kits).
The seller whose CollabCart you bought through can also see your name, contact details and what you ordered, so they can help with your order and follow up on their recommendation.
Suppliers and sellers may use these details only to fulfil, deliver and support your order, handle returns, warranties, refunds and product recalls, and meet their legal obligations. They must not use them for unrelated marketing unless you separately agree with them. Delivery companies and our service providers (such as Stripe for payments and our email provider) receive what they need to do their part.
If you order for someone else or send an order to someone else, you confirm you have their permission to share their details in the same way.
3. Your order and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless shown otherwise. Your payment is taken by CollabCart through our payment provider, Stripe. We don't store your full card details.
An order is accepted once payment succeeds and the supplier can fulfil it. We may cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or there was a pricing error, and will refund any payment for a cancelled order.
4. Delivery
If your order includes products from more than one supplier, each supplier ships its items separately, with its own shipping charge and delivery time. Delivery times are estimates.
5. Returns, refunds and your rights
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Customer Terms limits those rights. To ask about a return or refund, contact us using the details below or reply to your order email. See section 10 of our Terms and Conditions for how refunds work.

Please read and follow the supplier's instructions, warnings and any product terms. Recommendations from a seller and product information on CollabCart are general information only and are not medical advice.
