How much does the clinic earn?
Each supplier sets commission per product, mostly 15% to 25% for physio items, and you see the rate before you add anything. A 3% processing fee comes out of commission.
Who ships the order and handles returns?
The supplier ships straight to your patient. Patients lodge returns from their order page, so your team never handles them.
How do we get paid?
Through Stripe. Commission clears 7 days after purchase once the order ships, then pays to your bank monthly or whenever you request it.
What about disclosure obligations?
Write your financial-interest disclosure once in Settings and it appears on every new store.
Is patient information private?
Stores aren't listed or indexed. Data is stored in Australia and Stripe handles card details. You see what each patient bought, not their address.
